Tracy Spiridakos

Tracy Spiridakos is a Canadian actress. She was the Teletoon child's show Majority Rules' Becky Richards. From 2009 until 2010. She played the role from 2009 until the year 2010. She portrayed Annika Johnson in the A&E TV drama Bates Motel. Spiridakos appeared as Detective Hailey Upton on the TV drama of A&E, Bates Motel. playing Detective Hailey Upton. Spiridakos was the daughter of restaurant owners George Spiridakos, who were both born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She has two siblings. The family moved to Skala in Greece situated south of Sparta, shortly after her birth. In 1992, they came back to Canada. She is strongly connected to her Greek roots and speaks fluent Greek. Spiridakos began acting at the age of junior high school and then attended the Actors Training Centre of Manitoba. In 2000, she graduated from Oak Park High School in Winnipeg. Spiridakos moved to Winnipeg to pursue acting in 2007 to pursue acting. She found her first role on Supernatural within a matter of weeks. She continued to do television work, playing walk-on roles in Bionic Woman's The L Word, Hellcats, Psych and other shows. Spiridakos was in the TV movie Goblin as well as the web-based show Mortal Kombat: Legacy. Also, she had a recurring role on Being Human as werewolf Brynn McLean.In 2009, she won her first leading role in the Canadian Teletoon series Majority Rules!, playing 15-year-old Becky Richards. Her feature film debut came in the year 2011 with Rise of the Planet of the Apes. In Kill for Me, she was in the role of Katie Cassidy and Donal Logue. Spiridakos played Sammi in the 2012 Nickelodeon original film, Rags. Then, she was offered a lead role in the NBC TV series Revolution as Charlotte "Charlie" Matheson, one of the survivors in an unimaginative future society. The role was offered to her while attending her first pilot season in Los Angeles. Spiridakos produced the pilot in Atlanta and the first season in Wilmington. She was nominated for the Saturn Award for Best Actress on television for her performance in the pilot season however she was defeated by Anna Torv of Fringe's Anna. Production was moved to Austin, Texas for the second season.
